We call our approach mindful wellness because it acknowledges and fully attends to health and wellness holistically, in a way that only mindfulness can.


With this foundation of mindful wellness, we've successfully delivered individualized programs, classes, workshops, and retreats for schools and youth organizations, small and large businesses, private clubs + studios, and with small groups, families, and individuals.

Programming includes everything from guided yoga and meditation, personal training and fitness instruction, and diet and nutrition education, to self-care and compassionate communication training, creativity and community service projects, and accountability coaching.

Village Mind serves the community at large, but we are most passionate about creating a mindful village to support and empower women and children.
