Whether you'd like to strengthen your body through fitness training, balance your mind through pranayama breath work, yoga, and meditation, or heal your gut with nutrition-based health coaching, 1-1 personal sessions can help you develop and deepen your mindful wellness practice. In-person and virtual sessions available. 12 Sessions per Program. Weekly for 12 weeks, or bimonthly for 6 months.
