Service Description

We have so much to be grateful for, even in times of sickness and social distancing. Practices in kindness, nonjudgemental awareness, and gratitude, these short guided meditations range from simple body scans and breath work, to visualizations and positive affirmations. Each serving as a gentle reminder of the everyday blessings and big little gifts in our lives, we invite connection and compassion into ourselves and our world. All levels welcome. No experience, equipment or special attire necessary. Come as you are. You are enough.
